Professional Development

Professional Development is an integral part of school culture, and we aim to be the leader in the field of Teacher Training. Ongoing professional development keeps educators up to date on new research, how children learn, emerging technology tools for the classroom, new curriculum resources, and more. A much-acclaimed workshop in this connection was conducted by Dr. Rosemary Rein Ph.D. (USA) Costa Rica Training Faculty Director, Consultant, Professional Speaker, and Certified Professional Coach, Author of “Go Wild! Survival Skills for Business and Life” and Co-Author of “Blueprint for Success”. Another popular workshop on “A Crash Course in Childhood Mental Illness, increasing mental Health Awareness by Empowering Educators” was conducted by an Oxford alumni Dr. Tanya Singh (Ph.D. Clinical Psychologist, Postdoctoral Fellow at the CBT Centre for Anxiety and OCD, PA, USA).

The best professional development is ongoing, experiential, collaborative, and connected to and derived from working with students and understanding their culture. The Management supports the faculty in their continuous professional and personal development by organizing workshops and seminars in the school, led by experts from different fields of education or by experienced colleagues, providing space for collaborative planning through weekly meetings and means of the ‘Digital Classroom’.
